Glaasstudio now has a workforce of 15-35 very talented crafters who produce a number of visually appealing items, ranging from small wire staff for the tourism market to specially commissioned artistic pieces.

All the crafters involved at Glaasstudio are breadwinners and come from previously disadvantaged communities. Wages are paid according to the level of competence. The sustainability of the project relies on constant orders, therefore support from international clients is important.
